Yes, the ME Super and the AF280T will work in a "dedicated" fashion with each other - that is, the AF280T will properly light the LED in the ME Super's viewfinder. Unfortunately, they won't do TTL flash together (the only difference from the Super Program that I really regret - I would prefer the ME S to the Super Program if the ME S only did TTL flash).
