I was trying out a lens test setup and ended up shooting the setup with almost
all of my lenses in the 16-50mm range, with my zooms at each of the focal
lengths: 20, 31, 40, 50, & 55
Same lighting, same tripod f/8 at 1/100, studio strobe

It turns out that at the sweet spot of the lens, it's really tough to tell one
lens from another:

Mind you, I've tried to cull the less than wonderful lenses from my collection,
but the important point, to me, is that if you keep the strengths and
limitations of your gear in mind, then you can get great shots with almost any
kit.
