The role of the vegetarian technical writer is a difficult and often thankless one, but it is essential to the orderly implementation of a PC lifestyle. In brief, the vegetarian technical writer, or VTW, describes the properties of various edible plants in great detail. He or she provides essential nutritional information, including the folic acid and carotene content of various roots and leaves, along with precise calorie counts and specifrc digestive information. The last is particularly important to those who are prone to belching and/or more obnoxious bodily discharge, in that it allows one to gauge how many vegetables one might consume before one's various ducts become completely clogged due to an absence of lubricating oils. Furthermore, the conscientious VTW will tell his or her vegetating readers how many slabs of bacon they must consume to relubricate their intestinal tracts in the event that blockage becomes a problem. It isn't easy, but it can be very rewarding.
