I don't see how that's possible. But if it is somehow done in camera, he could 
achieve the same effect much more easily in PhotoShop. I suppose it's possible 
to do some of these with multiple exposures against the same background, but 
not likely. For example, the woman supporting two men at the ends of her arms. 
If there's a way to do it in camera, it eludes me. And the result is still just 
okay, IMO, regardless of how it's achieved.
