seriously, after the first storm the City "took a shellacking" from we the people for not getting the job done, they actually improved radically by the time the storm that produced this amount in a few hours time a couple of days ago. All the parking rules were suspended.
And for sure people were admonished not to drive at all.

The news buzz I got was that it was the result of the workers not plowing making the city look bad.
