If you were a real Trekkie (and watched the dvds) you would have seen an interview with Jeri Ryan about her various costumes.
The closest I ever came to being a "real trekkie" was reading the Nitpicker's Guides.
The only reason I know anything about her Star Trek role is because the allegations she made in her custody battle with Jack Ryan became public in 2004 and blew up his Senate campaign. The news stories that accompanied the Ryan Campaign's implosion identified her as a former actor in a Star Trek Series.
