I dislike the writer of that article even before finishing the opening paragraph. All one has to do is take a sentence like this one to know we aren't dealing with an intellectual giant here, let alone anyone who understands the subject they claim to be writing about: "Or are they mostly regarded as imaginative artists who just happen to be drawn to tough, newsworthy subjects?" I hardly know where to start on that one.
