Not my picture, but I do use Picasa.
It's free and access is good worldwide.
I really started using it  on a trip to NZ / OZ in 2006.

There are 3-4 more albums there from the trip.
All were loaded on the fly from my laptop.
It usually works rather easily and is way faster than Flicker or Smugmug or ...
