The 35/2M used to sell for $180 to $250. The price dropped somewhat when 
the 35/2 FA hit the market. The M still goes for $150 to $200, depending on 
condition.
The condition you describe would qualify, I think, as KEH Bargain or EX-. 
KEH has great deals on its BGN lenses, but $75 is far below any price I've 
seen for this lens. The 35/2M is a popular user lens, and buyers rightly 
care more about the glass than the focusing ring.
