it has become common code. even those who deny it understand it. much
like there are no aps-c sensors, aps-c is a film exposure format, not
even a film format in its own right and the sensors subsumed under the
aps-c denominator should at best be properly referred to as aps-c
equivalent and at worst are not. the whole discussion is moot.
