You're right there's few if any perfect products. I have a 1 year old Garmin GPS that I consider a quite crappy product for the money I paid for it. You know the one. If' I'd have filled out my mfr's warranty card I'd have returned it long ago, but now I'm basically stuck with an over-priced, flawed piece of hardware.
By complaining or voting with my wallet the next time around, a company can get the message. If Pentax releases a flawed product there's nothing unfair with them taking a beating for doing so. I needn't preface the comment with (they're just like all the other companies that want my money, so let's not be to hard on them).
