Autofocus with frame rate priority means just that, the shutter will release regardless. Screwdrive shouldn't be a problem as they just put stronger motors into the camera body and if the lenses aren't sufficiently well built to withstand a more powerful motor they shouldn't have seen the light of day in the first place.
