I'm profoundly ambivalent on the new 35. The competition has amanged
to produce equivalents which are both faster (f1.8) and cheaper ($200
MSRP) and while the new 35 is smaller than the Nikon or Sony versions,
it's not significantly so. I was expecting a much smaller lens when I
heard the f2.4 spec.

Time for me to start hunting an FA35 I think.
