I remember the plywood. Those of us who grew up in Fall River thought it was 
part of the freedom trail.

Which Hancock?  I see two of them.  And a Prudential.  At varying times in 
my youth and early adulthood each of them was the tallest building in 
Beantown.  Then again, the newer Hancock was known as the Plywood Ranch when 
its windows were falling out.
