If you're shooting digital, you will probably find that a 17mm fisheye is 
disappointingly "normal with some bendy lines"-looking.

I had the Zenitar 16mm fisheye for years, but almost never used it on my ist-DS 
because it wasn't "fisheye enough" if you get my meaning.

Film would be another subject altogether...
