Hi Dario
It is really quite easy:

1 open a command prompt by doing any of the following
1.1 press and hold the start/windows key and type R
1.2 click start - "Run..."
both will open a small window where you type cmd and press enter
1.3 if all else fails you can go to start - all programs - accessories
- command prompt

at the command prompt type ipconfig /all and press enter
you will get a long list of output where one entry will read wireless
network adaptor with a sub-entry physical address or hardware address
it will be hexadecimal in format a0:b1:c2:d3:e4:f5 or perhaps a0-b1-c2-d3-e4-f5
this is what you need, give it to the hotel people and you will be all set

good luck
ecke
