Well, after cleaning up Stef's new 1D, it's obvious it needs a good service but hey ho, as and when. One of the mirror box foam bump-stops was hanging off and the other one was on the way out. What to use instead? Quick internet search and some wag detailed how he used draught excluder foam (sticky-backed foam used to seal doors and windows). Aha - got some of that somewhere. Sure enough, cut to fit, and hey presto. It'll do nicely until we can spring for the CLA.
