Ah, but which version? The original, or the ELP concept album? Seriously, though, I really hate scripted slide shows of any kind. When I look at photographs I like to set my own schedule for them; spend more time on the ones that interest me, and pass more quickly over those that I find less intriguing for any reason.
If the photographer feels that this interferes with the story that he is trying to tell, that's fine too. But in that case I'm likely to just skip the whole thing, rather than give up being in control.
