Saturday was my group photo day at the above horse farm. I took photos of about 21 riders and horse combo's. Heavy overcast day and windy. Weather network forecast sunny and warm. Now i cannot even trust my weather man. I'm bummed.

The D200 and SB800 for fill worked quite well in about 95% of the photos. I used P mode for this and that combo seems good for fill. Only problems were if i got to close and forgot to dial down more or the sun came out momentarily. Both caused slightly bright, but not burnt out photos that should be scaled back in LR. I shot RAW +low res jpegs so i could do the jalbum. No PP on these just dragged and dropped into jalbum. SB 800 had the supplied softbox and i had it set at 45.
