On the easy-to-make assumption that mine does not sell, it is up for grabs to anyone in the US/Canada who wants to make the arrangements for collection. First dibs go to Mark, Christine, Doug and Wheatfield. It would be nice (at least...) to have it but the logistics and further expense preclude that option at the moment.
