Don't remind me.
I've got one of the f/4 - f/5.6 version.
A friend has one for his D40 and is very happy with it.
I just found one for Pentax on the local craigslist for $425.
Unfortunately, I can't afford to save that much money.
I haven't made up my mind yet, but look for the newer constant
aperture f/3.5 version if you can afford it.
