I shoot 99% jpeg with this camera and use LR2 as my prime software. I need to tweak most shots but not a hell of a lot. Now,, after about 3 years of fiddling and searching the net for settings for my D200, i settled on shooting RAW, the jpegs are just way to soft, and bumped up my saturation by +1. Seems to help.
