In my experience, however, they are really just trying their best to keep the flow of passengers run through with as little turbulence as possible. I'll never forget the great and professional service I received when going home on the 21. July 2005, 12 hours after the terror attack on the London Tube. Those guy and gals there are really trying to make the best of a sometimes awful job.
