While idling away my time in the office today I found this interesting article about Henri Cartier-Bresson's first wife, a Balinese dancer called Ratna Mohini.
The definitive biography of HC-B has yet to be written. Assouline's, for example, does not even mention that HCB and Ratna Mohini divorced. It's all very unsatisfactory, so I was surprised to find this piece, which gives a bit more information. It's not exactly a gossip sheet, but you can at least read between the lines.
