Fantastic, as usual. When I toured Romania I hoped to see things like that. I did, although not quite that particular thing - wrong time of year, probably. They remind of a day I once spent with an uncle when I was a teenager. He was a pork butcher and I helped him to make the polony - that's polony as in pork sausage originating in Bologna (he was Italian), rather than polony as in 'discrete clonal amplifications of a single DNA molecule, grown in a gel matrix'. They probably tasted much the same though.
