They're in the "PDML Notebook" page I've been half-heartedly maintaining:

Look for the "PDML Photo Annual" section and you'll find links to
"Regular Paper", "Premium Paper", and "Cover Poster".
FWIW, photo.net says the AF-540 FGZ Exploded Parts Diagram "doesn't
exist. (The owner has probably deleted it)"
