Wow! Happy Birthday, Doug. I have a really good friend connected with La Fromagerie in London, who is also connected to those associated with upper cheese classes in France, and they have agreed to name a new crop of cheese--Fromage du Brewer; it's a soft, bloomy, rind cheese that goes down well with a cracker and wine. The cheese is native to the region of Aquitaine. So big congrats, and a big happy birthday to you! ;-) Cheers, Christine
