I have it on good authority (Scott's post on facebook) that he is having
MAJOR problems with software/hardware which is undoubtedly a
contributing factor...
so those other of you on facebook (yeah, I went back... don't ask) can
get a clearer picture (um no pun)
by reading what he wrote there.
