I'm going to go with "her". Call me sexist if you will, but I think those photos look to have been taken by a female eye. Please don't ask me to expand on my guess using any amount of reason :-D I think most of those "stars" are two photos layered together. In some others she's used a Lensbaby with a shaped aperture. I'm sure in some of the rainy photos she let the front element of the lens get wet. Now all that is out of the way... I did like her work. I always admire photographers who've managed to find a style and look, something I struggle with.
