I am pretty excited about traveling to Washington, DC, next week and wandering about all the great museums. If I do not check-in my suitcase, I will not be able to bring a dedicated camera bag and equipment space could get a bit tight. If I leave the 12-24 at home and bring just the 16-45 plus something in the 50-135 or 55-300 (rental) range, will I regret this decision? How useful would the 12-24 be for the museums? Ideally, I'd bring all three, but input welcome.
