And me.:-) Now I'm > in my 50s I'm finding it hard to get below 85kg, but then again, I'm not > obsessive about it anymore. I was not either until i had such a hard time getting my MTO drivers physical passed in 2007/2008. They are very picky about bus drivers, must be all the kids:-) I decided then, that something needed to be done, so i set out to lose weight, which i have. So far my sugar's, BP and a few other things have returned to acceptable or at least below worry levels. Hopefully this will make the next physical application much easier. I would like to keep this job for a while.:-0 dave > Bob > > > -- > PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List > [email protected] > http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net > to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow > the directions. > -- Documenting Life in Rural Ontario. www.caughtinmotion.com http://brooksinthecountry.blogspot.com/ York Region, Ontario, Canada -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
