G'day All, So over the last few months I've made mention of the fact that I've been on a bit of a health kick since Feb. I was browsing through some old photos of myself today & I hardly recognise the chubby face in those shots.
Anyway, I've lost in the order of 20-30kg. This shot illustrates just how successful I've been: <http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2459/3610166223_2e7bdb5b83_o.jpg> No gut sucking involved. Those pants used to fit without a belt. Now they wouldn't stay up for 1 second without. Still got a long way to go until I get where I want to be, but the signs of progress & my overall improved fitness level are heartening (I can now run up 5 flights of stairs 2 at a time without wishing I was dead).
