Thanks, Jack. I don't know if this guy is responsible for the graffiti - er, I mean, "urban art" - but I doubt it. Looks like he works for a graffiti removal service. He certainly doesn't look happy in his work though, and although I'm no expert, I'd also venture a guess that he's not been given the best or most efficient tools for the job.
