It's one of three things:
Food (shrimp, chicken?) that is being breaded in a plastic bag.
A dozen neckid oiled up dancers trying to squish the poor guy on the
bottom, behind a window that was used to throw chicken at to knock the
breading off.
A glass disco dance floor looking up-skirt.
