This is a pretty good break for James. He now has his foot in the door, and in the near future the Town will hire several full time fire fighters. First shot is fine except for that big bright reflection right behind their heads. (Read thread about shooting around reflective material, yeah, pita.) However, I think with a little PSing, maybe even a little cloning, you could tone it down or take it out.
