Mike, That's a nice idea, maybe Pentax could bid on it. :-) Logistics sounds frightening, but doable. As an alternative, how about adding a signature page to the book? We each scan our signatures, send them off to you, and you + Mark Roberts create a 1-off, signed, high quality paper, hard cover copy for ebay auction.
