Thanks, Rick. Yeah, still winter. Last Sunday (when this was taken) the temps spiked a bit up to around +3 or 4C. After a bit of cold weather, it felt quite nice (the sun helped) and people were actually walking around without hats and gloves for a bit, and as with this couple, some actually braved al fresco cafes (although it must have felt cold quite quickly sitting still). This week the temps dropped down to around -20C, today it's warmed up a bit and they're calling for highs of around +6 (with rain) for the weekend. Thanks for the comment.
