Well let's face it - most of us here make pics for ourselves, and you have to look after number one first, eh? It's only when you are happy with it that you then present it for others to see - which makes it all the more galling when nobody responds to a PESO, or half-a-dozen responses pull it to pieces ;-) But hey that's the name of the game. Most receive criticism in good spirit, and learn from it (me included!) but at the end of the day it's got to be what the photographer wants it to be. Jackson Pollock does not telephone me to ask my opinions on his work - and a good thing too as I'd advised cropping out the whole fucking lot and chucking it all in the bin.
