I went running with my  Saturday morning crew today. We started at 8:00 
a.m. when it was either -14  F or -9 F, depending on whose car 
thermometer you believe. Nowhere near  hard-core Canadian temps but 
plenty cold enough for me. Thankfully the roads  were clear and there was 
no wind. We cut it short to about 12.5 miles  instead of out usual 14-15 
and it had warmed up to about +1 F by the time we  finished. Mid-way 
through the run Sue's hair was completely frosted and  quite wild 
looking. It had thawed considerably by the time these photos were  taken.
