It's not working class any more. The houses are a very common type all over Britain. I live in something similar. But the pastel colours tell us that the whole terrace has been fairly recently renovated by a developer who bought the whole street, and is pitching the individual houses at young lower middle class couples with aspirations. A straight single man would be unlikely to buy one of those. My guess is Manchester area, perhaps Salford. Almost certainly Northern England. I'd also hazard a guess that it's quite an old picture, because the houses have TV aerials - no longer needed with satellite and cable.
