I believe the AF200 does not initiate wireless or receive wireless signals, so it could not be used with your 540. I don't know this for certainty but remember reading something to that effect awhile back. I recently purchased a Promaster 7500EDF from our local camera store. It is dedicated for Pentax and will receive wireless signals from the flipup flash or the 360 and 540. It works in P-ttl mode very nicely on my K10 and K20. It also has some bonus features like manual modes down to 1/16 power and multiple flashes per shot (almost like a stroboscopic effect or only a few shots). It was 200.00 plus a 50.00 rebate that has expires so it cost me 150.00, a very fair price.
