Having looked at both of them, I like the looser crop better. I like the space in front of the moving bus - gives a better sense that it's moving. The tighter crop doesn't get us close enough to the fellow to make a big difference as to how I perceive him. Much tighter might work (or not) but certainly between what you have presented us so far, loose works for me. Noise?
