Here stateside they come with one (280 pages) and a Quick Start Guide so you know how to turn it on.
I lament the global decision to no longer use color inks to print manuals, especially for high dollar items. Makes them much less collectable 25 years from now. They become recycle fodder. And much less exciting to read. Sniff...
