Just thought I'd mention that I'm off to meet up with Jostein in the fjords fjor a fjew days. Drove up to Newcastle (sorry Mike - schedule was hectic - didn't have time to contact you and drop by!) and boarded overnight sea ferry to Norway (26 hour trip to Bergen) with Land Rover on car deck. Should be in Bergen at 1800 local and meeting up with the Nutty Norwegians.
Packing R-D1 and 15/4.5, 28/1.9, 50/1.5 1DmII and 24-70 2.8, 70-200 2.8, 2X, SMC-K15/3.5, A*85/1.4, 17/4 fisheye and flash and tripod. Stefan has *ist Ds and 18-55 though my guess is when he sees Jostein's 600/4 he'll be desperate to give it a go! That'll be interesting - pix to come. Will be sailing through fjords en route, then road trip taking in a glacier, tunnels, yet more fjords on yet more fjerries.
