I purchased a house in March, and also completed a tiring year of teaching. I'd had little energy or motivation for photography. Buying new gear helped a small amount, but I needed more.
I took a 3 week road trip in July with my soon-to-be-wife and my dog. We spent most of our time in British Columbia - 10 days in Nakusp visiting my parents, then a few days in Nelson. The last part of our trip was camping in Waterton Lakes National Park - the sister park to Glacier National Park in the USA. It was everything that I needed. I took three lenses with my K10D - 14mm, 21mm, and S-M-C Macro Takumar 50mm f/4. I kept it simple, stupid. Here are 25 photographs that I took. I'm very proud of them, and will print a number of them. I'd like your feedback, comments and critiques. Obviously I don't expect that you will comment on all of the images, but one or two would be appreciated. http://www.michaelhamilton.ca/Galleries/InteriorWaterton/ Thank you!
