Continous AF, camera handheld (with SR enabled). For sure, not every frame comes out THAT sharp. I would say - 2 of 5 are superb, 2 are OK and 1 is average. Often it is for photographer hard to decide where to focus - it feels like there should be a focus bracketing function for long lenses...
