Pentax have never really got to grips with flash. I remember always
being confused and disappointed in the way the LX handled it. I'm much
more impressed with the Olympus flash system, and I know Nikon are
very good at flash. With my Olympus you can use flash at any shutter
speed because of their 'Super FP' mode - which has been available
since the days of the OM system. Although I've never used flash much,
when I do use it I want it to be able to do what I want, and Pentax
have always been pretty poor in that area.
