This sounds like the printer driver is still trying to manage the colors.
Double, triple, quadruple check that "No color adjustment" is checked,
before you hit the OK button to start printing.

Also check that you have selected the correct paper/ink type for the
paper that you are printing on.

I've found with the Epson drivers on Windows, that it has a nasty
habit of setting various things back to defaults when you do something
as innocuous as changing the paper type.
When I was working with an Epson 4800 on Windows machines for a
digital photography class, I had it down to a science, and it usually
took about a minute of double-checking everything in the printing
dialog before I printed. The consequence of leaving the color
management on in the printer driver was exactly what you're seeing.
Muddy dark prints with a green tinge in the shadows.
