The FA20-35/4 is good enough to be considered four prime lenses in one, IMO. Very handy, and still quite reasonable in size/weight. :-)
Biggest reason to select any of the primes in this range is to get a little more speed for low light (and its not much more in the case of the DA21/3.2 ...). Finding a 20-35/4 today, however, is a bit problematic. They're long out of production and stocks of them have seemingly dried up.
