Make sure you have selected either "themed" or "open" at the bottom. If that doesn't fix it, submit directly to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Attach your photo and include any information you would have entered into the form. Yours is the second problem I've been made aware of today. So apparently my form is taking a big fat dump. I'm looking into some fixes for the email line right now. Thanks for the heads-up.
